1. Who we are

We provide the platform “KLICKNBUY” to connect buyers and sellers. We don’t own the items listed and aren’t part of the sale between you and other users but we make sure the platform is fully secured.

2. Your account

Keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for everything done on your account. Be honest with your name, contact, and product info.

3. Buying & Selling

• Sellers: List accurate descriptions, real photos, and fair prices. You’re responsible for shipping, returns, and talking with buyers.
• Buyers: Check details carefully before paying. Pay only through approved app methods when available.
• Prohibited Items: No illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, or prohibited items allowed.

4. Safety & Disputes

Meet in safe public places for cash deals. If there’s a problem with an order, try to resolve it with the other person first. We may help mediate but aren’t liable for losses or disputes.

5. Rules

We can remove listings or suspend accounts that break these rules or act fraudulently.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept them.
